Sample Arrangement and Rebate Policy:

For new customer, it is now our practice to collect small sample charge to assure the customer intention. (Frankly, we want to fence off fraud mail for samples and to protect the exposure of first grade clients.)

The sample charge can be offset against subsequent order above MOQ level within 3 months.
In case your office wants to avoid unnecessary bank charges, we can arrange settlement through PAYPAL and your office can settle the same by visa. Please just advise us your preference.

Best Total Cost Solution:

We can quote best price Ex-factory Shenzhen for quick client information. As shipment direct to final port from China in our past experience is most beneficial to all parties and we recommend you to name your intended port (sea/air) for C & F cost to utilize our solid forwarder network and possible cost savings.

Artwork:

We believe that working together with customer as partners is key for a success OEM.

Thus we suggest that artwork should have clear and specific colour indications in Pantone/PMS references. We should aware that the colour effects can be different between printing on the product surface and printing on papers.

Please inform us the fonts used and include them when forwarding digital artwork.
